About Vic
Vic Lian is a Singapore-based architectural photographer and the founder of AD FOCUS, a studio established in 2015 specialising in architecture, interiors and construction documentation. Over the years, AD FOCUS has completed more than 500 projects, including large-scale commercial developments, intricate design works and major project documentation across Singapore.
His path into architectural photography was shaped by the opportunity to learn under Mr. Mori Hidetaka, a respected Japanese architectural photographer with over 20 years of experience. Under his mentorship, Vic developed an appreciation for the discipline, patience and visual clarity required to photograph architecture with purpose and precision.
Today, Vic collaborates with architects, developers, construction companies and design firms to create imagery that communicates more than appearance alone. His work is centred on expressing design intent, spatial character and atmosphere with clarity and restraint, while remaining faithful to the identity of each project. Through AD FOCUS, he aims to create images that capture not only the form and function of a space, but also the narrative behind it.
